Now, this looks delicious!

Barron's has just published a new Italian cuisine cookbook and it looks really terrific.The New Regional Italian Cuisine Cookbook by Reinhardt Hess,Cornelia Schinharl, Sabine Sälzer is more than just recipes.
There is a brief history of each region and the food they each offer up with beautiful full-color photos of the areas and the recipes.
