Definitely my Mom's Rice Pudding. Though I can't say it's a favorite dessert, I do enjoy it by association with childhood, and like the more updated versions (a molded one which I'm making for my Aunt's BDay -- it's delicious along with a caramel sauce). Anyway, Mom's was warming, very creamy with plump raisins and redolent with cinnamon. By the way, Anne, I've tagged you on my blog. Please visit for details!Regards,Chef Jules
